Renee Siegel was a student at the college in 1948. She took a weaving course with Trude Guermonprez.

After BMC, she married Milton Collins. She was a graduate of Brooklyn College and NYU Graduate School and her obituary shared that she was a Docent at the Boca Raton Museum of Art and Art Institute of Chicago.
