Charles Pearman was a student in the summer of 1949.

Before BMC, he received a BA in Architecture from the University of Michigan and the Institute of Design in Chicago.

In 1962 he taught at the College of Architecture, Art and Planning at Cornell. He taught there for 41 years and also served for periods as Associate Dean and as Interim Dean.
